Megadeth - Cryptic Writings

Megadeth - Cryptic Writings is the 7th album by Megadeth released in June 17, 1997 by Capitol Records. Again Megadeth showed their creativity in this album by adding some hard rock flavour and melodic mix to the songs. However, some songs still reflected the old days. Megadeth - Cryptic Writings did so well, that the song 'single Trust' went to number 1 on rock radio charts. Megadeth did not include their seminal mascot in the album artwork - nobody knows why. The lineup was Dave Mustaine, Marty Friedman, Nick Menza and David Ellefson. This was the last album to feature the "classic" lineup, as Menza left after Cryptic Writings. Megadeth - Cryptic Writings contained the songs : Trust, Almost Honest, Use the Man, Mastermind, The Disintegrators, I'll Get Even, Sin, A Secret Place, Have Cool - Will Travel, She-Wolf, Vortex, FFF, Trust, Evil That's Within, Vortex, Bullprick
